Special meetings are being called and scheduled for Canterbury Minor Hockey Members and SouthEnd Minor Hockey Members.
Each association must pass specific resolutions to move forward with the merger. Members will only attend the special meeting of their home association based on their current address.

The Agenda and Invitations for the meeting will be sent out closer to the meeting date.
The documents required for the meetings were sent by TeamSnap on Friday May 8. The meetings and documents were presented based on the guidance of our lawyer who has been assisting us in ensuring we will be Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Action (ONCA) compliant when the process is complete.
